The Dornoch Pipe Band was formed in 1926 and apart from a gap over the war years, has been active ever since.

Throughout the year, the Band are very much in demand for Local Parades, Gala Days, Gatherings and suchlike. We also play in Invergordon when visiting Liners depart the port.

Each summer from the end of May until the beginning of September the band plays every Saturday night in Dornoch Square - specific details below.

 

2022 NEWS

We are so delighted to announce our first parade in Dornoch Square in over 2 years!

Saturday 28th May at 8pm. Parade and highland dancing 🎶

We will then be playing every Saturday night until the middle of September. This is weather dependent but if there’s ever a night we won’t be out we will post an update on our Facebook page.

We can’t wait to see you all- we’ll need an extra loud cheer as we march around the corner onto Castle Street. It’s been far too long! 🎶

Saturday night parades in Dornoch Square commencing 30th May until 12th September (Except for 15th August) commencing at 8pm.
